AOD-9604 is a modified version of peptide fragment 177-191. Studies have suggested that AOD-9604 is effective in its ability to stimulate lipolytic (fat burning) and anti-lipogenic activity. AOD-9604 stimulates lipolysis (the breakdown or destruction of fat) and inhibits lipogenesis (prevents the transformation of fatty food materials into body fat) in laboratory testing in animals and humans. Recent clinical research studies have shown that AOD9604 did show a reduction of body fat in the mid abdominal area in both obese, over-weight, and average built people.
Research has shown the following potential benefits of AOD-9604:
iPharmix AOD-9604 has a peptide purity level that exceeds 99.0% as determined by HPLC. This peptide was synthesized with no additives and is supplied as a white lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized AOD-9604 in bacteriostatic water, which can then be further diluted in other aqueous solutions. Lyophilized AOD-9604 although stable at room temperature for 90 days, should be stored between 2-8°C. Upon reconstitution, AOD-9604 should be stored between 2-8°C out of direct light for up to 14 days. For future use store below -18°C. Prevent repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
